Our Relais & Chateaux hotel, Rosa Alpina, is situated in the Northern Italian province of Bolzano in the small village of San Cassiano, 5000 ft above sea level, surrounded on all sides by Dolomite peaks. The majestic mountain setting combined with luxurious accommodation, spa and pool makes for the perfect fitscape destination. We expect the weather for our 26 June to 3 July fitness holiday to be warm and sunny, with cooler evenings.

The property is exceptionally well appointed, located in the heart of some of the most exhilarating and breathtaking scenery in the world. There are miles of walking, jogging and hiking trails in every direction. As you would expect from a Relais & Chateaux hotel, the bedrooms are all extremely comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated, and most have incredible views of the surrounding mountains.

In addition your personalised daily training programme, there will also be time to soak up the sun in the gardens, have a restorative massage in the spa, take a dip in the swimming pool or explore the village. Each day winds down in the comfortable drawing room or bar and dinners are a showcase of gourmet nutritious cuisine.
